No installation needed. Your pack works in a web browser, and you can save the supplied files to your computer.
Demonstration guide: this guide accompanies the public Business Show demonstration. For each delivered pack, BizoMedia will provide the exhibitor’s own viewing-page link, enquiry-form link and authorised private-list access. The demonstration links here are not a client’s final delivery.
Bookmark your private enquiry list.
Open the private-list link supplied with your pack and sign in using the account agreed during setup. Bookmark that page in your browser so you can return whenever you need it.
Your viewing page and enquiry form are the links for potential customers. Your private enquiry list is for you and authorised team members.
If your list is missing or access is refused, ask BizoMedia to check your setup. Do not create a replacement list or send customers the private-list link.
Keep the pack in one folder.
Create a folder on your computer, for example Business Show Follow-Up Pack. Download the files supplied through your final delivery page into it:
- Finished landscape MP4 video.
- Promotional graphic and two follow-up email drafts.
- Two labelled QR codes, each in PNG and SVG formats.
PNG is convenient for everyday documents and posts. SVG stays sharp when resized for print or design work. Keep a separate backup of your downloaded pack.
Use the viewing link in your follow-up.
Adapt the supplied email draft, add your viewing-page link and send it through your usual email system to appropriate contacts. Use the promotional graphic as a link to the same page.
| Action | Where it takes someone |
|---|---|
| Watch the explainer | Your viewing page and video. |
| Request your services | Your service enquiry form. |
Test both QR codes and clickable links before distributing them. Someone using a phone can tap the button instead of scanning their own screen.
Say “Thanks for visiting our stand” only when the recipient actually visited. This pack does not send campaigns for you.
Open your saved enquiry list.
When someone submits your configured form, their enquiry is added to your list. Open your private page, choose your business and click Refresh list to see the latest requests.
You can review their contact details, requested service and message, then follow up through your usual process. No automatic email alert is currently included, so check the list regularly.
Move enquiries in a batch.
- Click Download all enquiries (CSV) for the complete list, or Download new enquiries (CSV) for those after your last confirmed export.
- Save the CSV in your pack folder. It contains one row per enquiry—not one file per person.
- After checking the file saved, click Mark this downloaded batch exported. This sets the starting point for your next “new enquiries” download.
- If you use a CRM, choose its CSV import option and match the column names to its fields. You can import the saved records together rather than retyping them.
Each new download is a fresh file. A CSV already saved on your computer does not update itself. Your online list continues collecting enquiries, and exporting never deletes those records.
If a download fails, retry before marking it exported. The full-list download remains available. Reimporting the same records can create duplicates; use new-only batches or your CRM’s duplicate matching where available. CRM import screens vary; no direct CRM integration is included.
CSV columns: Enquiry ID, received time (UTC), name, company, email, phone, service requested, message, preferred contact method and lead source.
